تجديد حبس محمد عادل 45 يوما.. والمفوضية المصرية: طلب من محاميه الانسحاب.. والمحكمة رفضت إثبات سوء أوضاع احتجازه

قالت المفوضية المصرية للحقوق والحريات، إن محكمة الجنايات بالمنصورة، قررت، اليوم السبت، تجديد حبس الناشط محمد عادل لمدة 45 يوما احتياطيا، على ذمة القضية رقم 5606 لسنة 2019 إداري أحا.
وأضافت المفوضية، أنه كان من المقرر أن تعقد جلسة تجديد حبس محمد عادل يوم 11 أغسطس، ولكن تم تقديمها بسبب موعد إجراء انتخابات مجلس الشيوخ في ذلك اليوم.
وأشارت المفوضية، إلى طلب محمد عادل من محاميه الانسحاب من الجلسة وإثبات ذلك، اعتراضا على استمرار حبسه بعد تجاوز الحد الأقصى لمدة الحبس الاحتياطي المقررة قانونا.
وقال المفوضية، إن “المحكمة امتنعت عن إثبات سوء الأوضاع التي يتعرض لها محمد عادل داخل محبسه بسجن المنصورة العمومي”.
ويواجه عادل في القضية، اتهامات بنشر وبث أخبار وبيانات كاذبة، إساءة استخدام وسيلة من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ومشاركة جماعة إرهابية مع العلم والترويج لأغراضها.
