بخمس لغات: ننشر رسائل “التحالف الشعبي” للأحزاب والمنظمات الدولية لتبني مبادرته لتجميد سداد الديون لدعم ضحايا كورونا

وجه حزب التحالف الشعبي الاشتراكي رسالة – بخمس لغات مختلفة هي الإنجليزية والفرنسية والألمانية والإيطالية بالإضافة إلى العربية- إلى الأحزاب والمنظمات الديمقراطية في العالم للتضامن معه في مبادرته الخاصة بتأجيل سداد ديون مصر ودول الجنوب وتوجيه مخصصاتها لدعم الملايين الذين ضربتهم كورونا.

وأبدى التحالف في رسالته التي وجهت للدول ومؤسسات التمويل الدولي أمله في أن تتضامن الأحزاب والمنظمات معه من أجل بناء حملة عالمية تستهدف الاستجابة لهذا المطلب العادل لتخفيف أثر الكارثة.

وقال مدحت الزاهد رئيس حزب التحالف الشعبى اللإشتراكى إن الحزب أرسل الخطابات ، بالفعل إلى أحزاب ومنظمات اشتراكية وديمقراطية فى كل دول العالم وإلى البرلمان الأوربى وسكرتارية مجموعة الـ ٧٧ بجنييف والمجلس الاقتصادي الإجتماعى للأمم المتحدة بنيويوك، مشيرا إلى أن حملة رسائل الحزب ستتواصل لحين خلق موجة واسعة لتبني المبادرة.

ووجه الزاهد الشكر لطارق كامل ود. فاطمة خفاجى وصلاح ابراهيم والمهندس ممدوح حبشى لدورهم فى الترجمة ومخاطبة الاحزاب والهيئات الدولية، كما أعرب عن تقديره البالغ للباحث الاقتصادي د. رائد سلامة الذى تبلورت المبادرة وتوجهاتها وما سوف يتلوها من خطوات بالتشاور المستمر معه ..

الأصدقاء الأعزاء

من مصر يُبرق لكم حزب التحالف الشعبي الاشتراكي للتضامن معه في نداء للدول الغنية ومؤسسات التمويل الدولي لتأجيل ديون الدول الأقل نموًا التي ضربتها أزمة كورونا.

ويأمل التحالف الشعبي الاشتراكي في تضامنكم معه لبناء حملة عالمية تستهدف الاستجابة لهذا المطلب العادل لتخفيف آثار الكارثة على شعوب هذه الدول

الأصدقاء.

الأصدقاء، تعلمون بالطبع أن أزمة كورونا لها تداعيات اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية خطيرة، فهي لم تضرب فقط صحة الناس وفرصهم في الحياة، بل أدت بسبب طبيعة الإجراءات الاحترازية لتقييد الحركة ومنع وتخفيض التجمعات بهدف منع انتشار العدوى، وما أسفرت عنه هذه الإجراءات من فقدان ملايين البشر لوظائفهم وعلى الأخص العمالة الموسمية والمؤقتة والعاملين في قطاعات النقل البحري والجوي وقطاعات السياحة والأنشطة الخدمية، فضلا عن كل الآثار السلبية الأخرى على الاقتصادات الأقل تطورا.

لقد أضير عشرات الملايين في دول العالم جراء هذه التداعيات، كون أن الأزمة لا تقتصر على تخصيص موارد إضافية لمواجهة الوباء، وحماية حياة البشر بل تؤدي وأدت بالفعل إلى تقليص وظائف وانهيار وتدهور دخول مختلف الفئات، وقد ضاعف من وطأتها تراجع حركة التجارة العالمية بكل آثاره السلبية على الاقتصادات الأقل نموا، وكلها تداعيات تستوجب إجراءات للحماية والدعم الاجتماعي للفئات المتضررة، على غرار ما أقدمت عليه الدول الغنية بالنسبة لمواطنيها.. بينما قد لا تتحمل موارد الدول الأقل نموا توفير الدعم اللازم لحماية شعوبها، وتعويض الملايين ممن فقدوا وظائفهم مع استمرار الوفاء بالتزاماتها في سداد الدين.

إن حياة الملايين من البشر مهددة وفئات جديدة ستنزلق سريعا تحت خط الفقر، وهو أمر له آثار سلبية على كل مجالات الأمن الاجتماعي والسياسي والجنائي، وعلى الاستقرار في هذه الدول والعالم الذي تحول إلى قرية صغيرة تنساب فيها الأزمات من مواقعها إلى كل المحيط وتؤثر سلبًا على أمن وسلامة الدول وكل العالم.

نأمل أن نعمل معًا من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، فالخروج من الآثار الكارثية للأزمة مهمة ممكنة، كما لايزال هدف عالم أفضل مهمة ممكنة.

A message to democratic parties and organizations around the world

Dear friends,

From Egypt, the “Socialist People’s Alliance Party” will turn to you for support in appealing to rich countries and international financial institutions to defer the least developed countries’ debts affected by the Corona crisis. The Socialist People’s Alliance wishes to build a global solidarity campaign with you that aims to persuade international financial institutions to respond to this fair demand to mitigate the impact of the disaster on the people in these countries.

Friends … You know, of course, that the Corona crisis has serious economic, social and political implications because it affects not only the health and opportunities of people in life, but also because of preventive measures (restriction of movement and prevention of Assemblies) means the loss of jobs for millions of people. Seasonal and temporary workers as well as workers in the maritime and air transport, tourism and service sectors are particularly affected.

Millions of people in all countries of the world are affected by this impact. However, in the rich countries, government aid is not limited to fighting the epidemic and protecting human life, it is also providing resources to combat job cuts, economic collapse and worsening incomes. In the least developed economies, on the other hand, the crisis has exacerbated the already precarious situation by the decline in global trade. Protective measures are urgently needed for the social support of the groups concerned, as the rich countries are doing for their citizens now. However, if the less developed countries continue to meet their debt settlement obligations during this crisis, they will not be able to use their resources to support the population.

The lives of millions of people are threatened and new groups will quickly slide below the poverty line, which will not only have a negative impact on all social and political areas, as well as on security and stability in these countries, but also on those of the whole world. Today’s world is a small village where crises flow from their locations across the ocean and negatively impact everyone’s security.

We hope to be able to work together to achieve this. Together it is possible to get out of the catastrophic effects of the crisis, just as it is possible to achieve the goal of a better world.

Le parti egyptien AL TAHALLOF Lalliance socialiste populaire lance l appel pour les pays riches et pour les institutions du financement mondiale pour la suspention les dettes des pays tiermondistes frappe par la crise CORONA Le parti souhait vos solidarities pour la mise en place d une compagne mondiale visant la risalisation de cet appel equitable pour tolerer les effets de cette catastrophe dans les pays infecte

Tout le monde reconnait les effets economiques sociales et politiques frappant tant la santé et les opporttinite de vivre que les mesures visant a reduire les rassemblement ce qui avait causer le chomage de millions de travailleures surtout pour les salaries saisaniers et ephemeres et les salaries dans les domains maritimes touristiques et aerenautiques

Des milies des salaries sont affectes partout dans le monde tant pour perdre leur travail que faire face a l epidemie surtout avec le ralentissement du commerce mondiale avec tout ses effets nefastes pour les economies sous developpes

Pour cela les grands pays ont remit en place des systemes de soutien ce qui est totalment absent dans ldes pays du tiers monde provocants des effets nefastes sur la securite sociale penale dans le nondes devenues un seul petit village ou les catasrtrophes traversent tout les limites et les frantieres

Souhaitant la solidarite et la cooperation pour mettre fin a la crise et rappellant toujours autre monde est possible>

Liebe Freunde,

von Ägypten aus wendet sich die „Socialist People’s Alliance Party“ an Sie, um Unterstützung zu erhalten bei einem Appell an die reichen Länder und internationalen Finanzinstitutionen, die Schulden der am wenigsten entwickelten Länder, die von der Corona-Krise betroffen sind, aufzuschieben. Die „Socialist People’s Alliance“ wünscht eine globale Solidaritätskampagne mit Ihnen aufzubauen, die darauf abzielt, die internationalen Finanzinstitutionen dazu zu bewegen, auf diese gerechte Forderung zu reagieren, um die Auswirkungen der Katastrophe auf die Menschen in diesen Ländern zu mildern.

Freunde … Sie wissen natürlich, dass die Corona-Krise schwerwiegende wirtschaftliche, soziale und politische Auswirkungen hat, da sie nicht nur die Gesundheit und die Chancen der Menschen im Leben beeinträchtigt, sondern auch, weil die Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen (Einschränkung der Bewegung und Verhinderung von Versammlungen) den Verlust von Arbeitsplätzen für Millionen von Menschen bedeutet. Insbesondere betroffen sind Saison- und Zeitarbeiter sowie Arbeitnehmer im See- und Luftverkehr, im Tourismussektor und im Dienstleistungssektor.

Millionen Menschen in allen Ländern der Welt sind von diesen Auswirkungen betroffen. In den reichen Ländern jedoch beschränken sich die staatlichen Hilfen nicht nur auf die Bekämpfung der Epidemie und den Schutz des menschlichen Lebens, sondern es werden Ressourcen bereitgestellt, dem Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen, dem Zusammenbruch der Wirtschaft und der Verschlechterung der Einkommen entgegenzuwirken. In den am wenigsten entwickelten Volkswirtschaften dagegen hat die Krise durch den Rückgang des globalen Handels die sowieso prekäre Situation noch drastisch verschärft. Es sind dringend Schutzmaßnahmen erforderlich für die soziale Unterstützung der betroffenen Gruppen, so wie es die reichen Länder für ihre Bürgerjetzt tun. Wenn jedoch die wenig entwickelten Länder während dieser Krise weiterhin ihren Verpflichtungen zur Begleichung der Schulden nachkommen müssen, können sie ihre Ressourcen nicht zur notwendigen Unterstützung der Bevölkerung einsetzen.

Das Leben von Millionen Menschen ist bedroht und neue Gruppen werden schnell unter die Armutsgrenze rutschen, was sich nicht nur negativ auf alle sozialen und politischen Bereiche sowie auf die Sicherheit und Stabilität in diesen Ländern auswirkt, sondern auch auf die der gesamten Welt. Die Welt von heute ist ein kleines Dorf, in dem Krisen von ihren Standorten in den gesamten Ozean fließen und sich negativ auswirken auf die Sicherheit von Allen.

Wir hoffen, zusammenarbeiten zu können, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen. Gemeinsam ist es möglich, aus den katastrophalen Auswirkungen der Krise herauszukommen, genauso wie es möglich ist, das Ziel einer besseren Welt zu erreichen.

Dear friends, from Egypt the Party of the Socialist People’s Alliance requests your membership of an appeal to rich countries and international financial institutions to freeze the debts of the least developed countries affected by the crisis following the spread of the Crown-virus epidemic.

The Socialist People’s Alliance hopes for your solidarity to build a global campaign aimed at responding to this right request to mitigate the effects of the disaster on people of these friendly countries. As you know, the pandemic has serious economic, social and political repercussions; it affected not only the health and opportunities of people in the vit: and: the nature of precautionary measures has led to limit movements and reduce assembrations in order to prevent dissemination of the infection. The result of these actions is that millions of people lose their jobs, particularly seasonal and temporary jobs; in particular, this happens to workers in maritime and air transport, tourism and service activities, everyone is added to this other negative effects on less developed economies. Tens of millions of workers across the world have been damaged by these repercussions, as the crisis is not limited to allocation of additional resources to tackle the epidemic and to protect human lives, but led to job cuts, collapse and deterioration in income of different groups; it has been aggravated by the decline of the global trade movement with all its negative effects on less developed economies: all these repercussions require protection and social support measures for affected groups, similar to what they have made rich countries for their citizens.

While the resources of the least developed countries may not support the effort needed to protect their people and offset the millions of people who have lost their jobs while continuing to fulfill their debt payment obligations.

Friends, the lives of millions of people is threatened and new groups will quickly slip below the poverty line, with adverse effects on all areas of social, political and criminal security, and stability in these countries and the world; has transformed into a small village, where crises spread from their positions towards the entire globe and have a negative influence on the Security and protection of countries and around the world. We hope to work together to achieve this: getting out of the catastrophic effects of the crisis is a possible task, the goal of a better world is still a possible mission.
